Information we collect

When you use Fast2World, we collect the information you provide during the visa application process, including your name, date of birth, passport details, travel dates, email address, and uploaded documents (passport scan, photo). We also collect payment information through our payment processor, Stripe — we never store your full card number on our servers.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to process your visa application and communicate with you about its status. This includes submitting your application to the relevant government e-visa portal, sending you email updates, and providing customer support. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data security

We protect your data with 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized team members who need it to process your visa application. We conduct regular security reviews and follow industry best practices for data protection.

Data retention

We retain your application data for 12 months after your visa's expiry date to facilitate re-applications and provide customer support. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@fast2world.com. Uploaded documents (passport scans, photos) are automatically deleted 30 days after your visa is approved or your application is completed.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your login state. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Analytics are privacy-focused and do not track individual users.
