Good news — ordinary US passport holders don't need a visa or e-Visa for Türkiye. You can stay up to 90 days in any 180-day period for tourism or business. Türkiye's e-Visa system doesn't even list the United States, because Americans are visa-exempt. (Official-passport holders, anyone staying longer or working/studying, and travelers with a prior immigration issue in Türkiye still need a visa.)
